The ''fifth season of Pilipinas Got Talent'' is an upcoming talent show on ABS-CBN. The show will premiere in the last quarter of 2015 or first quarter of 2016. Billy Crawford, and Luis Manzano are expected to reprise their hosting duties while the judging panel will have a significant change since one of its original judges Ai-Ai Delas Alas returned to GMA Network. It is still unknown if Kris Aquino and Freddie M. Garcia will be back to judge for their fifth consecutive seasons respectively. The show confirmed will return for its fifth season following the success of the 4 Filipino acts which competed in the grand finals of Asia's Got Talent. 2 of those acts were formerly part of this show and these are: singer Gerphil Geraldine "Fame" Flores, who competed in Season 1 but lost the judges' vote in the 4th semifinal week, and shadow play group El Gamma Penumbra, which competed in Season 3 but placed 4th in the finals. Flores placed 3rd while El Gamma was declared the winner of the first season of the said regional franchise of Got Talent. ==Auditions== The Pre auditions for the fith season took place in key cities in the Philippines.
